The city tax (10 Ringgit per room, per night) must be paid by the client directly to the hotel.

Each room accommodates two adults and includes breakfast.

Hotel cancellation or refund policies depend on the specific hotel's terms at the time of the request; the company cannot guarantee refunds or modifications if the hotel refuses the request.

Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

The daily tour duration is 8 hours; this does not include entrance fees to tourist attractions.

All tours include fuel and driver expenses.
