The city tax (10 Ringgit per room, per night) must be paid by the guest directly to the hotel.

Each room accommodates two adults and includes breakfast.

Hotel cancellation or refund requests are subject to the hotel's policy at the time of the request; the company cannot guarantee a refund or modification if the hotel refuses the request.

Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

The duration of a daily tour is 8 hours; admission fees to tourist attractions are not included.
